Terms of Use

Effective November 4, 2026. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Project Cam (the "app"), you accept these terms. The app belongs to UNDERGROUND HOLDING S.A.C. (RUC 20610770763). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell it, except as permitted by law. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

3. Plans and subscriptions

  • The Free plan includes ads and some limits. Pro and Pro BIM are paid as monthly or yearly subscriptions.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • If there is a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are decided by the store under its policies.
  • We may change plan prices or features; price changes are notified by the store before renewal.

4. Your content

Your photos, videos, projects and reports are yours. You are responsible for having permission to take photos on site and for complying with your contract and local rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to tamper with evidence. The verification features (verified time, fake-GPS warning, SHA-256 fingerprint) help support the authenticity of photos but are not a legal certification and do not replace an expert examination.

6. Accuracy

Coordinates, chainages, distances, areas, quantities and progress depend on the device GPS and on the data you load. A phone GPS typically has an error of several metres. Do not use the app for survey setting-out or as the sole basis for technical or financial decisions.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages. Back up your projects. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the app in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Chimbote, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights under the law of your country.
